How much does it cost to setup monitoring?
With 99alarm.com there is no guess work in your setup fees.
We charge a flat $99.00 no matter what type of monitoring you choose.
From regular phone line to VoIp, Broadband or even cellular, its all the same price.
Do I really get one year monitoring included?
Yes! we include your first year of alarm monitoring in the initial $99.00 setup fee.
However, keep in mind that this does not cover any OPTIONAL services.
Broadband Monitoring Subscribers will be charged a 3rd party routing fee of $5.00 each month.
Cellular Monitoring Subscribers will be charged a 3rd party routing fee of $10.00 each month.
Subscribers with Optional Opening,Closing or Automatic Test signal sending may also be charged additional each month.
If I do have optional services, how do I pay for them?
We will charge your credit card on file for the additinal fees each month.
What if you cannot convert my system?
If we cannot convert your alarm, we offer a 100% money back guarantee within the first 30 days, less $29.95 shipping if any devices were sent to you. No questions asked.
Is there a minimum term contract?
No. Once your first year of service is up, your monitoring service will continue on a month to month basis of only $9.90 per month, plus any optional services you may have, until you choose to cancel.
What if I move?
We can move your monitoring service with you anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
